Good evening -

As of this morning, I have appointed James Jen as the Producer of Ghost Recon 3 XBox and PS2. With James' excellent communications skills, effective management style, technical knowledge, and experience at Microsoft, I am confident that we have taken a step necessary to finish Ghost Recon 3 to the level of quality that head office expects, and to a level of quality that we can be proud of. Though this decision was both necessary and difficult, it is only one step.
